Taking care of your mental health is a big deal, and it takes courage to seek out therapy. It can be rough to face your feelings and emotions head on.
I believe it’s worth it.
I’m no stranger to the neurodivergent life. I understand that growing up and navigating adulthood can be complex, and that you have questions. Life on the autism spectrum, or living with ADHD, epilepsy or learning differences can brings all kinds of unknowns.
The future can feel overwhelming and lonely. You want to feel in control, but there’s a lot you don’t know. You‘ve got ways to cope, but you want to thrive. On your terms, and in your own way.
If someone you love is living life on the neurodivergent spectrum, you have questions and uncertainties, too. Overwhelmed and lonely are familiar feelings for you, and support isn’t always easy to find.
Anxiety and stress, relationship problems, and struggling through difficult job or family stuff can leave you feeling, lost, exhausted and alone.
I don’t just work with neurodivergent clients, couples and families, I live the neurodivergent life with my family, too. I get that the world you and your loved ones navigate can be scary and hard, because I am navigating it right there with you.
I believe that there are many paths to fulfillment and success. I am here to listen, support, and help you to feel empowered about your future.
